Black Olive Mustard: 210g

A coarse grain mustard with a mediterranean feel with the addition of ripe black olives. Perfect with cheese of any kind but particularly good with feta and goats' cheese. Adds a new dimension to mayonnaise.

Garlic Mustard: 200g

A coarse grain mustard with an instant appeal to all those who enjoy the taste of garlic. Wonderful with roasted vegetables and as an addition to mayonnaise and vinaigrette.

Hot Chilli Mustard: 180g

A coarse grain mustard with chillies, for those who enjoy an extra firey kick to their mustard. Very good with all meats but sends a banger into orbit.

Tewkesbury Mustard: 200g

Originally this smooth mustard was made from mustard powder and horseradish root and made into balls which were then dried to aid preservation. It disappeared for many years and was re-created for the 850th anniversary of the consecration of Tewkesbury Abbey in 1971. There is even evidence that this hot mustard gave its name to early incendiary devices, known as fire balls. This mustard adds warmth to casseroles, sauces and enlivens the most humble sandwich.

Tetbury Mustard (190g)

Created for the Tetbury Food Festival in 2010 this spreadable mustard reflects the glory of the Cotswolds; warm hued stone buildings and the walls that mark the divisions between our fields. This mustard is made from mustard powder with the addition of cracked grains and is mellowed by honey and locally brewed beer. It will warm up your rarebits and go down nicely with your ham, especially some Gloucester Old Spot. Available only from our web site and at the Tetbury Food Festival - naturally.

Horseradish Sauce (185g)

Pungently hot.  Just perfect with roast beef or smoked fish.

Mediterranean Tapenade (200g)

This wonderful product is full of flavour; sundried tomatoes and olives form the basis of this tapenade, Stir into pasta, mix with yoghurt or mayonnaise for a sensational dip or spread on savoury biscuits and top with an olive and a basil leaf.

Chilli Jam (220g)

This Chilli Jam is full of wonderful flavours and has plenty of body. Sweet and savoury at the same time this product takes cheese on toast to new heights, is amazing with cold meats and salads, but my oh my! is it good with barbequed food!

Red Onion Marmalade (200g)

A perfect combination of sweet and savoury, this product is wonderful ladelled warm over a juicy steak or served cold with sizzling sausages, pate, cold meats and cheeses
